Related to FL-10121, we should do a final backup of all arm-32bit builds, as well as a meta-repo snapshot, so that work can be resumed on them in the future, since we are likely going to drop them soon.

If we don't do this, we may wake up one day and find them missing from build.funtoo.org, and then if someone wants to resume work, they will have a lot more work to do. Technically, thanks to Funtoo from Scratch, not really, but best to be cautious and back them up.
