pidgin required USE flag for ncurses (tinfo)

      net-im/pidgin (2.14.8) required extra flag:

      >=sys-libs/ncurses-6.3 tinfo

      It's weird since it doesn't seem like a terminal application, but that's what I have in my notes.

      What exactly does the 'tinfo' flag mean?
      I know tinfo is part of ncurses and can be build into it or separate – does the USE flag mean to build the separate libtinfo file, or to build it in?
