New July 2022 Portage release

    • This is going to be a feature release which improves reliability of distfile fetching and integration with our new improved direct.funtoo.org.

      I am working on a new Portage release that includes a few new patches. Primarly, it is designed to integrate better with Portage's new direct CDN. Currently, it is portage-3.0.14-r8.ebuild in kit-fixups and is KEYWORDS masked.
