More GRUB color choices!

      Grub2 supports both 'color' and 'menu_color' choices, and to enable them both in Funtoo is trivial. Color controls the outer border area, and becomes the font color of the console. Menu_color controls the interior of the menu borders.

      Double the colors! Double the FUN, too!!
