adding openrc into stage1 will solve 3-rd party help packages, python-updater, perl-cleaner and workarounds functions.sh issue. these called during stage2/3 build processes. I did test locally and it doesn't cause any side effects, openrc will build in stage1 and not in stage2 (like it does now).
