Although it's not often, sometimes when leaving the virtual environment fchroot will fail to umount one or more of the system folders /sys, /dev and /proc. Adding the l (-lazy) option to these umount should guarantee it is always detached from the system immediately and umounted as soon as it's no longer busy.
