add autogen to media-libs/gd

    • This potentially impacts 38 packages that depend on media-libs/gd. Most of them use at runtime, and it's an update within the same major version, so I don't anticipate any major breakage.

      The media-lib/gd package can be auto generated by github-1 generator. New version support heif and avif file formats, bug fixes and etc.

      As bonus, the 2.3.3 version have support autoconf 2.71 without any patches - it will be less burden when autoconf gets update.
