Ruby 3.2.0 will be releasing sometime between December 25 and end of the year as part of Ruby upstream's annual major release (RC1 was released on December 6, 2023: https://www.ruby-lang.org/en/news/2022/12/06/ruby-3-2-0-rc1-released/ )

This issue will track all changes required to get Ruby 3.2.0 added to the Funtoo next ruby-kit dev-lang/ruby autogen, any ebuild template compatibility updates, Portage eclass updates, and overall package changes to properly support Ruby 3.2.0.

Changes are planned to be added to Funtoo Harvester 2022-12 or 2023-01 for additional integration testing into the main Funtoo next tree.
