ibus-rime integrates rime into ibus. Rime is a highly extensible input method for Chinese speakers. The packages I added:

1. OpenCC - A library that converts text between Traditional and Simplified Chinese characters
2. rime-plum - the package manager for rime
3. librime - the rime library
4. ibus-rime - The ibus implementation of rime

As well as this I also included a fix that downloads the machine learning models for zinnia-tomoe from a tarball, rather than from the files as they are too large to include in the files
